Dale Vaillancourt
Dale is an entrepreneur with over 4 decades of experience as a business founder and owner, including a fitness facility, sporting events promotion company, and sporting equipment distribution operation.
For the last 43 years of his career, his main focus was on an off premise catering company, which he co-founded, from scratch, with a partner in 1982 and sold in the spring of 2024. Serving corporate and private clients in the Twin Cities metro and beyond, the company has consistently been the leader in both sales and customer satisfaction in it’s category in the Upper Midwest.
Along the way, Dale earned a two-year technical degree in Land Surveying Technology as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in the areas of Physical Education, Adapted Physical Education, Health Education, and Coaching. He has worked on and off in these fields over the years.
Dale has also been certified as a Level 100 Nordic Ski Coach by the US Ski Team, as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
He has been a competitive powerlifter, Nordic skier, and inline skater from his twenties into his sixties. Today he enjoys all types of outdoor activities, including cross country skiing, inline skating, mountain biking, backpacking and the related travel to do so. He is fortunate to enjoy these activities with his son and his girlfriend.
